Returns & Exchanges
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the items that are in their original condition (unworn, unused, undamaged) within 7 days of receipt, and we will be happy to issue you a refund or credit within 10 working days. Unfortunately, the original shipping costs can not be refunded and the customer is responsible for any shipping costs related to the returned items. We highly recommend returning the items via a trackable and insured shipping service to guarantee delivery. We are not responsible for packages shipped to us.
Do not send any items back without us being notified. If you want to return or exchange any items, please contact us.
If you would like to exchange an item, we suggest that you place a new order for the item you want before returning your original purchase. This will ensure that your exchange item is in stock. Once we receive your return, we will process a refund for the cost of the returned item and send you an email.
